To track your order, simply input the tracking ID you received in your shipping confirmation email into the box above.

*If your Tracking number begins with "AS", please select "JCEX" as carrier.

If your tracking number is a 12-digit number beginning with 3, you will need to select carrier "4PX".

Alternatively, email support@diamondpaintingpro.com and put the words "Track My Order" in the subject and body of your email. You should receive an automated reply with your personalized tracking status.

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!

*Our items ship from warehouses overseas. It typically takes items 7-30 business days to arrive at their destination from the day you placed your order. We manufacture and ship from warehouses overseas simply because doing so in the US would elevate costs significantly. We strive to keep our kits affordable while still offering products of the highest quality.*

We ship our high-quality diamond painting kits from our printing facilities, including the US and overseas. And yes, we do ship internationally, ensuring that our customers from around the globe can enjoy our products.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We want to get your masterpiece to you as soon as possible! Shipping from overseas typically takes between 7-28 days from door to door. Rest assured, in most cases, our customers receive their orders within the following time frames:

USA*: Between 7 - 25 days (average)
Canada: Between 7 - 25 days (average)
Europe: Between 7 - 30 days (average)
Australia: Between 20 - 40 days (average)
Russia: Between 15 - 60 days (average)
All Others: Between 6 - 40 days (average)

How do I track my package?

I only received part of my order, what happened to the rest of it?

We apologize for any confusion. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different locations. As a result, items within the same order may be shipped from different facilities and arrive at slightly different times.

My tracking information is not updating, what should I do?

We understand your concern. Sometimes, when your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will take a bit longer to update. Please be patient and allow a few more days for the latest information to show up.

Once the package reaches your country, local postal carriers will ensure swift delivery to your doorstep.

How can I track my order once it arrives in my local country?

Once your package arrives in your local country, it will be seamlessly transferred to your local postal service for swift delivery to your doorstep. My package has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?
